학교 교육이념 및 교칙 SCHOOL REGULATIONS

* 교육이념
한국 문화를 내포하고 있는 모국어의 우수성과 독특함을 인정하고 이어 받으며, 현재 살고 있는 네덜란드에서 제공되는 다양함을 흡수하여 훌륭한 세계속의 한국인으로 성장하는데 기초가 될 수 있는 교육을 만들어 가고자 합니다.

* 교 칙
1. 안심하게 뛰놀고 즐겁게 배울 수 있도록 학교가 속해 있는 Saltoschool de Hobbitstee 의 규칙을 준수하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
2. 학생들은 담임선생님의 조언에 적극 협조하여 즐거운 학교 생활에 최선을 다합니다.
3. 수업 중 교실내에서는 핸드폰을 사용 금지 합니다.
4. 규칙을 되풀이 하여 어길 경우 담당교사와의 면담을 통해 교장과 학부모간의 면담이 주선되며, 문제가 발생할 경우 운영위원회에서 결정하는 바에 따릅니다.

* 세부규칙
1. 출석 – 모든 학생은 오전 9시 15분까지 교실에 입실하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
2. 결석 – 결석이 미리 예상되는 경우 담임교사를 통해 미리 알립니다. 예상하지 못한 결석을 할 경우 교무직원을 통해 알립니다. 결석을 하게 되는 경우에는 미리 전화나 이메일로 알립니다.  5회 이상 무단 결석시에는 자퇴한 것으로 간주하여 제적 처리됩니다.
3. 조퇴 – 사전에 담임선생님께 알리고 이메일, 전화로 교무실을 통해 조퇴를 신청합니다.  조퇴시에 담임 선생님이 해당 학생을 사전에 정한 시간에 교무실로 보내어 부모님과 함께 조퇴 할 수 있게 합니다.

* 안 전
1. 교사 재량에 따라 수업 중이나, 쉬는시간에 학교 강당, 학교 인근 놀이터, 기타 학교 주변에서 산책,운동,야외수업 등이 있을 경우 1차적으로는 담임 교사의 인솔과 안전지도 아래 이루어집니다.
2. 위에서 언급한 교사가 인솔하는 활동 외에는 학교 내에서 뛰지 않도록 담당교사와 모든 교직원이 지도합니다.
3. 재난대피훈련 날짜를 정해 집합 장소에 모인 사람들에게 재난 대피 훈련의 중요성을 간략하게 설명하고 해당 훈련에서 모든 사람들이 건물을 빠져나오기까지 얼마의 시간이 걸렸으며, 잘된 부분과 개선되어야 할 부분에 대해 이야기하고 훈련을 마칩니다.

* 사고책임 
학생이 학교의 건물이나 기타 물건을 훼손 하였을 경우나 또는 동료학생에게 상해를 입힌 경우에 가해학생의 학부모가 책임지고 보상합니다. 본교에서는 교장 이하 모든 교직원들이 학생들의 안전을 위해 최선을 다 할 것이며 그럼에도 불구하고 발생한 사고에 대해서는 학교 교직원이 책임지지 않습니다.

* 행 사
모든 학생과 학부모는 학교에서 결정한 행사에 적극적으로 참여하길 바랍니다.

* 협 조
학교의 학습일정에 따라 학습효과를 배가 시키기 위하여 각 가정에서 최선을 다합니다.
1. 숙제를 잘 할 수 있도록 도와주시길 바랍니다.
2. 가정에서 한국말을 사용하여 자녀들이 학교에서 배운 내용을 숙지할 수 있도록 지도해 주시고 숙제를 잊지 않고 할 수 있도록 격려해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 금요일 저녁에 일찍 잠자리에 들도록 도와 주시길 바랍니다.
4. 담임 선생님과 면담이 필요한 경우에는 미리 연락을 하셔서 수업 시간이외의 약속잡은 시간에 대화를 나누시기를 바랍니다. 약속없이 교실에 들어가는 것을 지양합니다.
5. 학교 행사 (개학식, 교내 및 교외 행사, 발표회 등)에는 부모님 중 한 분은 꼭 참석 하셔야 합니다. 기타 교내 외 모든 행사에 부모님들의 자발적 참여를 부탁드립니다.
6. 등하교 시간을 꼭 지켜서 정해진 시간에 수업이 시작되고 끝날수 있도록 도와주시길 바랍니다.
7. 학급배정에 관해서는 학교측에 일임합니다.
8. 학생들은 등교 시에 교과서, 숙제물, 노트, 필기 도구를 지참해야 하며 기타 수업에 필요한 물건의 지참을 허가합니다. 하지만 개인 소지품, 귀중품 등 수업과 관계 없는 물건이나 수업과 관련이 없는 장난감, 혹은 위험한 물건(막대기, 무기 등)의 소지를 금합니다.

* 기   타 
l. 학교사정에 따라 학사일정은 변경될 수 있습니다.
2. 학교운영시 상황에 따라 교칙 및 서류가 가감되거나 변경될 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 

위에 정한 교칙은 운영위원회에서 정하는 바에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.


SCHOOL REGULATIONS

Education ideology
We try to recognize the excellence and uniqueness of our mother tongue that embodies Korean culture and absorb the variety that is provided in the Netherlands where we currently live to create education that can be the basis for our growth as a Korean in a great world.

School regulation
1. As a rule, observe the rules of the Saltoschool de Hobbitty, where the school belongs, so that you can safely play and learn.
2. Students actively cooperate with their homeroom teacher’s advice and do their best in a fun school life.
3. Cell phones are not allowed in the classroom during class.
4. If students violate regulations repeatedly, the meeting between the principal and the parent is arranged through a meeting with the teacher in charge, and in the event of a problem, the decision shall be made by the steering committee.

* Detailed rules
1. Attendance – All students must be admitted to the classroom by 9:15 a.m.
2. Absence – If you are expected to be absent in advance, inform your homeroom teacher in advance. Unexpected absenteeism is notified through the faculty. If you are absent, call or email in advance. If you are absent without permission more than five times, you are considered to have dropped out.
3. Early leave – Inform your homeroom teacher in advance and apply for early leave via email or phone. At the time of leaving school, the homeroom teacher sends the student to the school office at a predetermined time so that he or she can leave early with his parents.

Safety
1. When students are in a school auditorium, playground near the school, for walking around, exercising, outdoor classes, or etc. during the class or break, the first step is to be guided by the homeroom teacher with safety rules.
2. The teacher in charge and all faculty members will guide students not to run within the school except for the activities mentioned above.
3. Set a date for the disaster evacuation drill, briefly explain the importance of the disaster evacuation exercise to the people, notice how long it took for the evacuation, and discuss the good parts and improvements that have to be made in the exercise at the gathering point.

Liability for an accident 
In case a student damages a school building or other object or injures a fellow student, the parents of the student shall be responsible and compensate. In this school, all faculty members, including the principal, will do their best to ensure the safety of the students, and if there is an accident despite of these efforts, the school faculty will not be responsible for any accidents that occur.

Events
All students and parents are recommended to actively participate in the school-decided event.

Cooperation
Each family does its best to double the effectiveness of learning according to the school schedule.
1. Please help students do their homework well.
2. Please use Korean at home to guide your children to familiarize themselves with what they have learned in school and encourage them to do their homework without forgetting.
3. Please help students go to bed early on Friday evening.
4. If you need a meeting with your homeroom teacher, please contact us in advance and have a conversation outside of class at the appointed time. Please don’t rush into the classroom.
5. One of students’ parents must attend school events (open schools, school and suburban events, presentations, etc.). We ask for the parents’ voluntary participation in all other events outside of school.
6. Please be sure to keep the school hours and help the classes start and end at a set time.
7. We leave the class assignment to the school.
8. Students should bring textbooks, homework, notes, and writing tools to school and allow other materials to be brought to class. However, personal belongings, valuables, toys, or other objects that are not related to class, or dangerous objects (sticks, weapons, etc.) are prohibited.

2. We inform you that school regulations and documents may be added or changed depending on the situation. 

The school regulations set forth above are subject to change as provided by the Steering Committee.
